  • @MaxwellSDSU As the Roswell ETs taught us, mental telepathy is the only way to go. Who needs journalists when you can receive ESP from the highest powers. Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, don't mess with Mister In Between. The Chosen Few, those who receive the telepathed messages of John Lennon and Adolph Hitler and Jay Edgar Hoover and Walt Disney -- we don't need journalists. We ARE the Journal.

  • @ChrisMiran The Today Show is on 14 hours a day; the CBS News is 20 minutes long.

  • @justboycrazy45 move my nuts from your chin

  • Tim's dry-erase board in 2000 is a vivid memory from my dorm room days. He was awesome- he loved it.

  • I bet Tim Russert is interviewing George Washington & Abraham Lincoln in Heaven right now.

  • I am fortunate to have lived while men of this caliber were around to deliver news. I wonder though, in generations past when a transcendental news presence retired or passed away...was it accompanied by this uneasy fear that present and future generations will be incapable of producing a man of similar merit? With our increasing reliance today on sound bites and shallow journalism, I think such a fear is justified.

  • Well said Matt!

  • That last part always gets to me even to this day.

  • aww the ending was sad when matt almost started crying:( RIP Tim Russert
