Super Mario 1, 2, and 3, as well as the Japanese Super Mario 2 all made it onto this Super Nintendo game cart. Well, sort of. The Japanese Super Mario 2 was tweaked a bit more than the others were. Check it out here in this review!

  • What are you talking about? Luigi's physics are still the same in All-Stars as they were in the original. He still jumps higher and accelerates slower.

Mario's physics are also the same, which is to say that they are the same as Super Mario Bros. 1's but you bounce off of enemies higher.

In fact, these games on this collection use nearly identical code to the NES versions when it comes to their respective gameplay engines.

I like your videos, so I'm not here to flame you.

  • I'm sorry, I got this one mixed up with Super Mario Deluxe.

  • You can get the lost levels on the wii virtual consle. You did not point that out

  • There's one major difference between this version of SMB1 and the original: When you break a brick, you don't bounce off, you keep drifting up a bit... It's really a pretty major error IMO.

  • one of my favourite games fankz 4 that

  • who plays as toad in smb2? I thought everyone, including myself, played as the Princess when starting a new game. cool review and look back at some of the best games in video game history

  • Whoops, i meant, "@onpon4 thanks for the clarification there. I guess I'm not always right."

  • @onopon

  • @MARIOFANMAN Incorrect. Our SMB2 was released in Japan not as SMB2, but as Super Mario USA.

  • You're wrong at 3:12, as I see someone has pointed out. Perhaps you should add an annotation?
