Far out. This is EXACTLY how it happens. A little slower for my mother, but painful nonetheless. It's a horrible disease and whoever God is, he/she created a cracker with this one. :-(

My Mother is currently suffering from MND and I can tell you now, it is the most horrible thing watching someone you love slowly turn into a vegetable, and there is nothing, absolutely nothing you can do about it! I believe we can gain hope and awareness from advertising like this!

@66materialgirl My thoughts are with you. Your Mother is still in there, it's her body that has given up. Please don't think she's turning into a vegetable. It is the most horrible thing ever, and all you can do is show your Mum how much you love her. If you ever need a chat feel free to message me.
