Every year, for over a decade, I have traveled to Aung San Suu Kyi's beautiful and amazing country. I have gone by train, bus, car, horsecart and plane to every corner of the country. I have met with artists, shop keepers, ex-pats, students, teachers, farmers...I love the country with all my heart and I ache for the suffering of the people. I prefer to call the country Myanmar. Burma is the name the Bristsh called it when they colonized it. It refers to one major ethnic group (The Burmans).
@TheServiceWeb Is it because of the name Myanmar?
