The viewer need to have a well rested mind to absorb all the intricate details of this interview, although Paul's questions and remarks helped me to clear it somewhat. It's obvious that Mr. Kelly is a real expert with years of relevant experience under his belt. In spite of his cautious and somewhat uncommitted answers, he cites enough details and examples, to justify the critics of this IAEA report, among them such notable heavyweights as the Russian and the Chinese governments.

@mikecorbeil Surely, nearly everyone knows who Scott Ritter is, but for those who don't, then Wikipedia provides an evidently very good page about him. He's a former USMC intelligence officer for roughly 12 years and UN weapons inspector in Iraq, 1991 to 1998. And he was a strong anti-war voice regarding the Bush Jr, Cheney, ... war on Iraq.

@wotan20 I agree that it isn't a straight-fowardly easy interview to understand, but believe to understand enough that Robert Kelley doesn't see any justification for war on Iran and that the UN, US, etc., definitely have inusfficient proof of Iranian nuclear weapons programmes.

Scott Ritter spoke very favorably of Robert Kelley in 2008.
