Yes, I've read all the books, twice.

I deeply hate them, and would like to have a friendly, calm discussion with about the merits of both Twilight and Harry Potter, as I cannot see how you can think Twilight better than Potter, but I understand you have your own opinion and that will differ for my own.

Lets see, I read all the books,(actually I thank you for saying that you respect opinions) I think the movie so far is better. But I only riff vids, that I feel need riffed, like if someone says, "There is something wrong with you if you don't like it." or "No one cares about your opinions." I bet if it was less popular, I wouldn't have read Smeyer's interviews, and I'd still like it. But after reading, I realized how bad the writing was.

Twilight is not better then Harry Potter. I'll give you FACTS why:

1. Harry Potter has a plot

2. Harry Potter has plot developement

3. HP has a unique storyline

4. HP has CHARATCER developement

5. HP isn't filled with Mary-Sues

6. Twilight isn't even a good love story. Bella likes Edward because he's hot, Edward like her because she smells good, that's not love that's LUST.

7. HP is about facing fears and growing up, all Twilight's about is how you should throw your life away for some guy

...the vampires and werewolves suck. I like vampire movies with blood and gore, not some pretty boy werewolve. On the movie they don't even turn into werewolves, they just turn into reguler looking wolves. Twilight has a suckish storyline.Thats my opinion....I guess when you read the books you picture something more exciting and action filled than TWILIGHT. 30 days of night makes twilight look like a piece of crap. Plus the vampires on 30 days can kick twilght's vampires and werewolves asses....

Twilight, better than Harry Potter? Psh. Sure. To an uneducated moron. No offense.

Because I can't NOT finish the things I start, I read Twilight. All four books. And guess what? It's still horrible. It had the potential to be a good book, but SMeyer was too much of an amateur, too much of a coward, and too stuck in her little fantasy to meet that potential. So the books suck, and the movies, though I didn't think possible, are even worst.

I like to bash Twilight 'cause it's fun to do so. TA
