    Flipping the classroom saves time and encourages kids to look at later videos -- "Move ahead!" which engages a positive competitive drive that some students need.

    i love the idea of flipping. i'm curious how this method would work on the primary level with students. i'm a first grade teacher. maybe i'll do this model once a week or over a holiday break.
