Train Fast To Be Fast

Our Isokinetic Leaper, with our fast speed training, develops athlete's White Quick Twitch Muscle Fibers for more explosiveness, speed and vertical jumping.

We manufacture isokinetic exercisers, including 2 Leaper styles, 2 swim benches, small mini gyms, for schools, teams, homes and Achiever diagnostic exercisers for therapy applications. We designed the first of our isokinetic mini gyms back in 1967 and had the advantage of NASA helping us so it could be used in the SKYLAB flights. Although we designed many applications with our centrifugil governor mechanism, we soon proved the advantages of our system with the Leaper we desinged in 1974. It proved to change the basketball game to much of what it is today. With the fast speed training possible, developing one's quick twich muscle fibers, we soon proved that athletes could develop power in their game that had never been done before. This, with but a few weeks of training and the players were not only dunkin the basketball, but gained so much speed and quickness on the court that virtually every team had to purchase a Leaper to win games. This quickness and rebounding was easy to prove the advantages of the Leaper in the '70s & '80s an this changed the basketball game to where it is today. Although many teams depend on their weight training program today and this does develop strength, but it doesn't develop power as we do. With iron, one is always limited to their weakest range and when doing squats, that's the lowest starting position. We provide maximum resistance throughout the full range of motion, not just the weakest range as with iron, and we provide both fast and slow speed training with our speed control governor. Most high school athletes can lift 500-800 lbs in the last 2-3 inches of that exercise, which we provide and yet one can do 25 reps in 30 seconds, and our automatic governor is always adjusting to one's fatigue as they do their reps. One is always getting automatic resistance in the same amount that they are exerting as they continue to exercise and we do this safely. YOU NEED TO TRAIN FAST TO BE FAST AS MUSCLES DO HAVE A MEMORY.
