what is the difference between the regular vinegar and the apple cider vinegar? why is everyone suggesting that u use apple cider vinegar instead of the regular?

Had my locs about 4 years now and they are really long so i tried the baking soda and vinegar rinse and was glad to see how good it works.Wish i knew about this in the beggining lol.

first i want to say you are absolutely gorgeous. second, i am currently at the *sit for 30 minutes* stage with the vinegar. my mom and sister said they can see and feel the difference in my locks already. thank you SO much for this tutorial. my next step in a couple of months is dyeing them and i'll definitely check out your video for that :D
