20 reps of the sitting elbow curls
20 reps of the sitting knee pillow squeezes
20 reps of the sitting heel raises

(repeat 3 times to enhance the benefit of the program)

  • If you have chronic pain issues in the neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, or feet , try the exercises and see what feels different? Does that decrease your symptom?
