This is just a fun video to see how a 24-coach train would look like, if a hypothetical WAP-4 SPORT were to haul it at 200kph! :D

  • Yuck, what a waste! IR could have as well used a steam loco.

  • @NTSCPALSECAM You mean to say the WAP4 is a 'waste'? :O

  • Nice innovation.

  • @arzan1980 thanku :) :D

  • awesome ! how did you manage to create this , it is so real !

  • I just converted the .MOV file(Camera's default recording format) to .MPG, loaded it in Windows Movie Maker, applied the 'speed up, double' video effect, and saved in .AVI format....and then of course I uploaded it! :P :P :D

  • brilliant !!

  • @dheerajrao ,

200kph? Thats how fast the HST trains run in the UK. They used to have brilliant Paxman Valenta Engines here. They stopped them. I not sure it can haul 20+ coaches though. Here it used to pull less than 10 coaches to reach 200kph

  • No not the same WAP4! :D My 'futuristic' WAP4 will be a fully modified version and there will only be two stops between Bangalore and Chennai :P

  • Brindavan will have same WAP-4 is it? Change the engine!!!I will be happy if Brindavan does it. But too many stops enroute that he train hardly reach 200kmph.
