Yep, It's on the arena mini game if I recall correctly.

Kirby Superstar used it for ability rooms (mostly only dynablade) and option menus. Most of the other games used it for option menus as well (I think K64 used it for the enemy card gallery, too).
Suiting, when you think about it.

From what it looks like, TAR can only make the levels as long as they were in Rockman 2. Dr. Wily's Machine makes it seem more like you're fighting Tatanga instead. XD

It's a recurring Kirby theme. Off the top of my head, I know it's used in Kirby's Dream Land, Kirby Super Star, Kirby 64, and Canvas Curse.
