anyway, can anyone explain to me why judge cedarbaum being at the hearings as a friend of judge sotomayor makes sessions question irrelevant? she did disagree with cedarbaum in that race or gender was a factor in reaching a wise and impartial decision. the fact that she does not believe she can be objective is disturbing. here we go, another life time appointment for an activist judge. im not impressed that she will be the second hispanic supreme court justice. ben vargas has more clarity.
