  • The Bosu ball engages more muscles in each movement so it can increase your workout potential. Exercises performed on a BOSU are inherently unstable and this constant shifting of position will improve your lower body proprioception by challenging your muscles and nervous system.

  • pull in pull out

  • Keep on doing some of these exercises and tell me about your ankles, knees, lower back and/or nape in... let's say in 5 years. Too painful

  • biggest load of tosh i have ever seen, "tone" hahahaha!!
