Thanks a ton for this video, would you care to add detailed instructions on how to actually prepare the "baati" dough. I have a convection microwave, for how much time I need to bake/cook baati in microwave. Thanks!

u may cook it in microwave for 4-7 minutes.

U may add more of curd. Moyen is needed more for a softer bati.

@aanda919 I am not sure what went wrong. I guess if you try adding some baking soda, thick yogurt and keep baati's at the right temperature. They will turn out to be good. You might have to try a couple of times or follow as exaxctly shown in the video. good luck. Let me know how it turns out. Thanks.
