Just am about to check in Huge Rat comes out and attack the lobby ..
Hotel management did not care ,,they asked me to blue tooth them the video instead of compensate there guests
Don't stay there or recommended to any one ..

This is Al Bustan Residence and NOT AL BUSTAN ROTANA...Al BUSTAN ROTANA Is a top 5 star hotel under the ROTANA group and does not belong by any means to Al Bustan Residence which is a local hotel group.

I stayed at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel Jan 2007 and the reception area shown is definitely not the place I stayed.
