For everyone who is saying stop the death penalty.. please reply again on what you think about the death penalty when a sick twisted person takes your daughter, your mother, your sister, repeatly rapes her, tortures her, and dismembers her body. They are talking on the video about how humane it is, well a bullet can do it in a split second, and its cheaper. Death penalties have been around a LONG time, and if you think legal injection is wrong, look how they do it in other countries!

The death penalty should continue. In fact, it should be made more painful. Cruel and Unusual punishment needs to be interpreted properly here. Yes lethal injection may be cruel, but it's not unusual, therefore it is permitted. Reality is that any form of execution that leads to death within a very short time (under 1 minute) cannot be termed unusual. I hope the supreme court reverses past decisions and allows gas chambers, firing squads, hangings, guillotine, and other banned implements.

i think you people that agree to the death penalty are just as guilty as the people that believe in it. the DEATH PENALTY is wrong and stupid..who is anyone to judge another..y is it that a person kills someone and some person that went to school gets 2 say that that person should die..people who agree with it are just as guilty as the murderer..ur thinkin of killin sum1 also-so should u get the death penalty?? right..y not have them sit & think of their mistake everyday? think ppl..THINK!
