O my gosh, I need to get hip replacement surgery, but I also need a back surgery, and I am so afraid and scare that something will go wrong and I won't be able to walk anymore. I live with pay from the moment I wake up , to the moment I go to sleep, I can't exercise at all. I don't know what to do.
