It is a fireball in the sky, a bubbling, boiling, kinetic sphere of white hot plasma, exploding and erupting. Its size is almost unimaginable--one million Earths would fit within its boundaries. In this violence is born almost all the energy that makes existence on Earth possible, yet, its full mysteries are only now beginning to be understood. From Sun spots to solar eclipses, solar flares to solar storms, the birth of the sun to its potential death, discover the science and history behind this celestial object that makes life on Earth exist.

  • @MaximillianRed I agree that the sun and earth are living - and connected. Everything in the universe is connected. I believe in the electric model for explaining the universe...

  • @MrStoneClark The Sun andthe EArth are both living concious beings working in harmony. Not only is the sun the giver of life it gives us information form the greater universe thats the reason its the center of the solar system. The sun gives light, life, information to the earth and other planets who in turn nurish and house living beings such as ourselves. The sun also acts as a Star gate to other solar systems.

  • @MaximillianRed Ohhhh?! Why do you say that? I suggest you start to do some research on the Sun if you think it is simply a giver of life. If a big X flare were to hit the Earth dead on, all electronics / communication / power would be toast. Think about that dude! Peace

  • I don't like how they make the sun out to be some kind of enemy or threat, the sun is our friend, it hasent harmed earth for BILLIONS OF YEARS!!!!!!
