Haha i love the politeness of that guy at the end, after all that crap, "thank you for your time sir than you for using BT". I work for in a call centre and i thought some of my calls were bad. That is on another level! Gotta love a good thrill to brighten up the day though.

I'm with the customer on that one. Granted I never had to threaten anyone that bad over the phone, but they can get annoying.
