I just bought an unlocked Motorola RIZR Z3 for my wife for her birthday and I really thought that the box it came in was neat. Hence, I thought I'd do an unboxing video with my digital camera to show exactly what it looks like (along with the accessories that came with it), as I've never seen a box like this before.

  • My wife has had her Motorola RIZR Z3 for just over five months now and it's held up pretty well so far. One exception, that I noticed today, is that the little strip of plastic above the directional pad and below the screen, that one uses to slide the cell phone open and closed, has fallen off and cannot be found.

That plastic strip was the only part that didn't seem very durable upon close inspection of the cell phone. Fortunately, it's still easy to slide it open and closed without that part.

  • where can you get earphones for this phone because mine has a mp3 on it

  • There are two ways to use headphones with your cell phone. The first way involves buying stereo Bluetooth headphones that support the A2DP Bluetooth profile. You simply pair the Bluetooth headphones to your cell phone and listen to music normally. Bluetooth headphones can be expensive though.

The second way involves buying a Mini-USB adapter and plugging this into your charging port and plugging a pair of normal, 3.5 mm, headphones into the other end of the adapter. This is a cheaper solution.

  • ok i got this phone from t mobile and the box didnt look like that and it didnt come with half the stuff urs does

  • I bought my wife's unlocked Motorola RIZR Z3 from an online retailer which is not affiliated with either AT&T or T-Mobile. The box you saw in the video, that her cell phone came packaged in, is likely the international box design.

I was also surprised to see the leather case and the belt clip in the box. I didn't pay any extra for those two items. I guess they just threw them in there as a bonus. Those two accessories and the power plug converter probably weren't included with your cell phone.

  • Had this phone for a year and i love it but i cant tex because the screen broke but it was my fault then on the back where the speaker is that fell of in a bush and i could not find it so the back is vary weak and you could lose it but i am going to get a new screen and that is a little of my experience with the phone if u r interested

  • me too

  • My wife has had her Motorola RIZR Z3 for nearly eight months now and the middle center interface button, that was mentioned above, finally did fall off. I was actually a bit surprised by this because it always felt durable when it was pressed in.

I solved the issue by gluing it back into place and it is good as new. My wife still loves her cell phone and continues to use it as an MP3 and video player along with its normal functions.

  • thanks man
