Taking apart a sturgeon part 1

THANK YOU GUYS FOR 20K VIEWS.
This was a 55 inch male sturgeon taken apart by my uncle who passed away in a car accident june 07. People who cant stand blood. I wouldn't recommend you guys watching it. And to the guys that are saying "he is cutting git wrong". This was his 4th or 5th sturgeon that he cut up. How about you go spend hours trying to catch one. Drive it home. Take it apart. Prep the meat. Cook it. Eat it. And shut up =D .

that pisses me off...I dont care what size it is to keep legally or anything... im an avid fisherman and and these are the most pre-historic, border-line extict fish in freshwater.... throw it back man and keep them around.... only enjoy the battle of catching them, theres plenty of other fish out there to eat
