Marcus Martinez of MBody Strength demonstrates a ring training workout for beginners.

Circuit Workout:
Ring Push Ups (10 Reps)
Ring Rows (10 Reps)
Ring Dips (10 Reps)
Ring Pull Ups (10 Reps)

Finish:
Interval Training Jump Ropes (15 Min, 30 Sec On, 60 Sec Off)

Rest:
No rest between exercises, 45-60 Sec rest between circuits

  • This kind of rack would be easy to make for people who know how to weld. Looks like somebody could make some money selling them online. Stick a link right here and 5 are sold.
