    from a Man U fan!!

  • Cont/ It seems very cost effective.

  • Very much depends how it's applied. I think a compulsory choice between training, education or national citizen service. And perhaps other schemes. It's mainly the concern being young adults around 16-18 making no contribution. The usual exceptions can be applied to extreme illness, etc., scrutinised by the GP. This vulnerable age group should be helped. Allowing these young adults to disappear from the radar is not good. Protect the scheme of people who made mistakes talking to young adults.

  • As long as its not compulsory I think its a good idea.

  • Ian Wright, what an Uncle Tom
