Afghanistan's president awaits new US diplomacy - Feb 14 09

Hamid Karzai, the Afghan president, has told Al Jazeera he's been waiting for a month to hear from the new US administration of President Barack Obama.

Karzai said the two countries were engaged in a "gentle wrestling match", as Obama's White House pledged to fight on in Afghanistan with or without Karzai's help.

The Afghan president is due to meet Richard Holbrooke, the US envoy, on Saturday.

I think today afghnistan need a storng malitery action to clean all criminal taliban from afghnistan then a comperhensive Economic policy to take afghnistan out of poverty (bagger nation)to a self-sufficient Economy.

2:we need a president to fight corruption and to bring reform in all depert of goverment.

i belive mr karzai never work for poor pp of afghnistan only achivement he had during his office talibanizetion of afghnistan in order to demoralize tajiks northern alince force in kabul goverment and he always work for pashtoons not for all of afghnistan and today if any tajiks vito for pashtoons karazi will be traitor as will.
