@CptCoolXD If you'd read the book Starting Strength, you'll see that Rippetoe wants you to keep the bar ontop of the rear deltoids. If you've got no rear deltoids, it'll fall off. But the constant isometric work of the rear delts during a proper squat should alone build them over time.
I've done this kind of squat for a couple of years, and I've done 420 below parallell without any bar slippage difficulties what so ever.

@DjiEnn 1. It's only a training method. 2. The guy squats like he's in high heels. He needs to ditch the shoes while he still has knees to walk on.

It's called a low bar squat, where you have to lean forward, you know, there are many types of different squats. But a scrub like you prolly only learned one.
