There is no way to spot reduce fat.. Hard work alround with good diet will see results.

The funny thing is scott doesn't work out with the ball. He works out with free weights and uses heavy weight so i don't understand why he's showing us this kind of workout when he doesn't do them this way.

I am a 51-year old, 95# overweight woman. I love your videos. I've only been doing them one week but I can already see improvement. I am still working on doing one set of 15 reps but I think I'll be able to move up to 2 sets of 12 by the end of the week. My core is getting stronger! Little steps. One question: when doing the hamstring stretch, how do you keep the ball from "walking" away during the reps? By the time I get to 10, it's definitely further away from me than when I started.

@SweetLotusCreations so happy to hear that your results are coming along!! Sometimes you may have to readjust your feet during the exercise. and that is totally ok :)

Scott help me! Im a female with an apple shape (top heavy/fatty ribcage area) should i do crunches everyday cos some say you have to do them every other day to fool your body but I got a lot of ab fat to conquer! wha-do-I-do?
