Drew/Wilson ♥ Mozart ~ Need You Now

My new video, a Drew (Wilson on Meerkat Manor) & Mozart tribute.

I'm not a big fan of this couple, but I respect every meerkat so produce tributes for as many of them as I can. MM made this couple look a lot more romantic than they actually were. In reality, Drew did not go back for Mozart after they were separated, but simply returned to his usual life, roving or staying with his family, the Commandos. For the purposes of this video however, I will go along with MM's version of events, so this video expresses Mozart and Wilson's desire to see each other again after they parted ways during the Whiskers VS. Commandos battle.

I'm seriously lacking clips at the moment, so some of the clips (particularly the mating scenes) are of JD and Super Furry Animal (Carlos & Daisy) or Homestar Runner & Ella (Wilson in Season 4 & Sophie). Speaking of mating scenes, there's a lot of them in this video. I just want everyone to know that it wasn't intentional (I'm not a perv xD), I just had no other way of showing two meerkats' love for each other. I mean, meerkats don't really do much else do they? They spend most of their time either mating or looking to mate, so yeah, just giving a warning that it's a bit more intimate than most of my other videos.

Overall I'm not too pleased with this video, as due to computer issues I have limited MM clips at the moment so had to borrow some clips from other people, meaning they don't always blend well together. So please forgive me if the video looks messy in places. Apart from that, enjoy :)

Even with limited clips, you did a beautiful job on this video! The sepia tone works well at bringing out the emotion in this tribute.. Splendid work. c:

The false story about Mozart and Wilson is the only lie in Meerkat Manor I find justifiable. If they told the truth, Drew would have recieved so much hate, simply for doing something instinctive for rovers.. The love between him and Mozart comforted the fans; making them believe that poor Mozart was happy and loved before her tragic ending..

I do see your point, and I would probably agree, but then in S4 they make HR take over as Wilson and mate with pretty much everyone, so to the fans (who obviously don't know that it's a different 'kat) it looks like he's forgotten all about Mozi, especially as he's always seen mating with Ella, who's supposed to be Mozart's daughter Sophie.

I don't know, to me it just felt like they undid any kind of romance there was in S3 in S4, making the lies pointless :(

@VialliForever Yeah, I wish they used Homestar's real name, or at least one other than 'Wilson'. It's so weird for 'Wilson' to be dating the daughter of his past lover.. :P

I agree.. Fans who don't have access to the real information would get so confused..
