@wholemilk89 Yes, I know - it's hard, I have two round weights that sit on my chest pulling me down. Im working on it. Maybe a video, idea for the future. but thank you for your constructive criticism. i also have really tight hip flexors which is why I hunch over too when I squat.

Hi! I wondered how many malking "lunges" do you do? Not shure how you write that:) and does it matter if you do them in one place? Not walking?

@sillyeah I do about 20 on each leg = total of 40. Walking is just another way of doing them. If you do it in one place, you can fatigue the muscle faster which isn't a bad thing at all, just different. I like mixing things up and it's harder to quit early if I've gotta reach another end.

do you drink protein shakes? or we're you while you were dropping fat? and if you are, can you recommend a good one to purchase?

@tahnalamar I do if I'm not about to eat lunch or dinner after I work out. I like Strawberries and Mango with water or unsweetened almond milk and usually a type of vanilla protein. Brand doesn't matter just make sure it's Whey Protein ISOLATE! No sugars!
