Yeah I know about her channel, do you still do BR is my question, cause I want to buy the dip station or equalizer and sandbag. I'd like to know if you truly saw results on BR

Hi you have a terrific body, do you only do bodyrock workouts? I was also wondering is that tthe power sandbag for women, or the strength one , I dont know whick one to buy. Are you still doing bodyrock without zuzana? Thank you for your reply

@lapata0111 the sandbag is the 40#sandbag. not the girl one. Also, i tried doing BodyRock without Z and i did good until the new year. it go to be too much for me. I felt like i had to keep buying stuff to keep up with them. I teach they similar stuff now at my gym so i just make them up on my own. NOW that Z is back doing her own thing.....i have done her workouts (die) and still teach my RockUrBody at the guy. you can like me on my fb page Rock Ur Body Fitness and Jamie Whitaker McNary! thnx!
