  • Sorry for all us Shane fans......bad night for Shane.

  • Shane performed admirably at this show and Joe also stepped out to perform a song or 2 as he did here. It sure didn't seem to be a bad night for Shane....

  • I saw Strummer with the Pogues in LA. This set was wicked live. This seemed to lack the punch Joe hit this song with when I saw him do it.

  • I saw the Pogues with JS years ago, the tickets were a birthday present. It was a wild night!

  • my god this is the best thing ive ever heard and seen. love joe and shane!

  • rest easy joe

  • ha ddid joe die

  • check out under you tube : I Fought The Law rotated

  • joe strumer et shane macgowan !!!!!!!!!

  • I saw the Pogues with Strummer at Brixton Academy in Dec '91. Some guy smuggled in a huge banner, like 30 feet long, wrapped around his torso. It said "Have You No Shane?" I helped him hang the banner on the side of the auditorium where the band couldn't miss it. Great show, Strummer talking about the roots of a lot of songs, high energy, confetti dropping from the ceiling at the end, James Fearnley running around like a madman.

  • I saw Joe with the Pogues in 91 at the Liverpool Royal Court - quite a night, just wish Shane had been there too

  • I was one of the lucky ones that got to see the Pogues w/Joe Strummer at Todd's in Detroit waayyy back in the day.

One of the best shows I have ever seen!
