very nice job.I teach this concept in an Internet for beginners class & can respect the degree of thoroughness for your explanation. There are a few twits and turns where the individual's gmail settings must be adjusted, but with a helping hand or some persistence from the learner, video chat is pretty easy to get going.

Make sure you have:
clicked on the gear symbol in the upper right
Chosen Settings
Click on the Chat "tab"
within the Voice and video chat section of the Chat Tab, verify your settings for your webcam/microphone

Can you please tell me why I do not see Video and chat dialog box open. All I see is the word more and that's it. What have I done wrong. Anyone know?

Great instructional video! There's a bunch floating around, but they're all incomplete. Your video is the best because it takes a person through every step in how to setup and use voice and video chat through Gmail. Thanks for the thorough work!
