hey are you there, when i try that it just starts syncing and that box never comes up for me to uncheck and dont send info,, can you please help me it takes me so lon to back up

Another way was, I did a search on the C drive for a folder called "Crashreporter" and deleted all the files in there. Had like over 2000 crash reports. Hope it will be faster now, let's see.
