One sunny spring day, we let our little tortoises run free in our garden for a bit. One of them was quite a restless wanderer.
As this video shows, always keep an eye on your tortoise when you let it run free. Otherwise it might disappear more quickly than you can imagine. (While I was recording this, three other people were there watching the tortoises.)
Also, isn't it funny how tortoises can treat each other as if they were stones, climbing across each other and not caring that they're being walked on by another tortoise?

  • i love tortoises...how old is his one?

  • The larger one that is running around was almost two years old when this was recorded. The other one that ate the dandelion was almost one year old.
