Dukes and Broker Body Armor Locations - #1

This one is on the billboard's service platform. To reach it, jump from the exit ramp on the south side of the expressway to the rooftops of the nearby buildings. From here, follow the buildings all the way to the way to the end, where you should be able to look down and see the billboard and the armor sitting on the service platform. Jumping off the ledge directly will result in death, so find a way to hop up on to the ledge beforehand. Getting this particular Body Armor isn't recommended, since it's tough to get, and there are easier ones.
