@cano21 It's ironic -- Superman Returns was supposed to be director Brian Singer's "Superman III" and yet that Superman got a lot of flack for being an absent father. Yet here, in the original Superman III you have Clark Kent being, if not a surrogate father to Ricky, certainly a cool uncle-figure.

I thought it was pretty stand up of clark to come to ricky's defense at 1:10. A great father figure. Lana obviously thought so.
