yum, I've eaten these guys on two different occasions, pretty looking catches John.

I once caught a 12 lbs. Channel cat fishing for bass at an urban fishing lake,Chapperal Par. It was about 3 am.... and I was using a rattle trap on 6lbs line. And that big ol boy went for it. This old black guy saw the camotion and walkied up on me and asked" what you going to do with that fish son" ..." You mind if I keep it if you don't want him? " I said sure ..if you cook it up now and we can eat some...And he agreed. He nailed that fish to the tree...and should me how to clean them....
