A RIGHT CANNOT BE ENFORCED!! Its not a matter of time father spends with the child its a matter of quality, if there is good moral and financial support the child will probably want a contact with the father, but what you guys are fighting for is ENFORCEMENT AND ASSUMPTION DEPRIVE PARTIES OF THEIR RIGHTS FOR CHOICE!!

Children must be returned to their families hey? Then why did you stop Michael Hutchence's child Tiger from visiting him in Australia? Even after Michael called you.
No wonder he hanged himself straight after that call. Mr Father of the Year won't let a child see it's own father, just because it inconveniences Saint Bob.
