  • any fried chicken that is learned in a school is not going to be good fried chicken, only grandma or mom can teach you how to make good fried chicken

  • @hihikatamari your post is an old one.. but I have to mention that your statement isn't a true one. Pan frying like being done in this video is no better for you then deep frying. And in actuality the oil absorption will end up being worse. In order to prevent oil from soaking into the coating a temp above 350 has to be maintained. Because a pan only has so much oil and such surface area.. its temp will drop substantially allowing for oil to better penetrate the coating.
