The fourth complete level I made. It's classical jump'n'run with some puzzle elements, featuring a nice twist - using several switches located in the cube, you can turn the whole level by 180 degrees. Just sort of a "tech demo". I will use this system in the retail version, adding more complex puzzles and better gameplay.

  • man that bit at 1:51 is rotten. does anybody ever figure that out? even after watching you do it i can't figure out how it works

  • I know, not the best working puzzles in there... Well, it was one of my first few beta levels. My actual levels are way better (graphix and gameplay), and I will make a new Cube180 sooner or later, so I suggest you just to leave this level for now and go play my other, better levels ;)

I know, not really a valid excuse, but I really don't want to work on this level anymore :/

  • Whats the Beta? please reply

  • Approximately a month before the official launch of the game, some chosen users were able to download a "Beta version". The beta included the first three garden levels and the level editor+level sharing. The Beta was launched to stress-test the servers before official release. All my youtube-levels that wield this "Beta Level" tag just mean that I created them using the beta version of the game. The only materials and stickers I had were from the tutorials and the first three garden levels.

  • What the... this looks familiar hehe... I am telling the truth when I say that this didn't inspire that section in my level. Also, still having trouble figuring out how I will conceal the rotating rooms... have several rotating rooms concealed by thin layer wall, have them float in space as giant cubes, have the entire level rotate entirely whilst losing much space... Very tricky. I also have an idea for a neat little intermission that uses a camera trick in LBP...not too sure if THAT will work.

  • this is EPIC

  • Well some of the puzzles are cool, i thought it was pretty interesting concept but yeah!! Start over and make it better! I like the concept so it'll be cool to see what you do with this concept later on!

  • Yeah, I believe you for sure :) Well, guess that makes us some kind of little big fashion twins^^

  • well... i have it too

  • What? Impossible :/ It's my favourite costume. actually, it was the first costume I came up with in the BETA trials of the game :)
