This is great! I like your use of the palette...well it's not really a knife is it? Anyway, this was very informative for me. Do you have any suggestions on weeping willow trees? I really want to be able to paint those. Thanks for the info on cleaning brushes with baby oil too. Veru helpful.

when you paint landscape, do you first coat the entyre canvas with white? or do you paint on dry canvas?

@stermr I normally use Magic White medium. It's a white medium that goes on easy and quickly becomes tacky and ready for paint.
