Breath of Fire is on of the cleansing breaths that Yoga's Pranayama exercises has to offer. It increases energy brings vitality to the body.
This is done with a forceful exhale, allowing the inhale to be natural, by pumping the breath out of the stomach.

Good excercise, especially for pains in the tummy. Gets the bowels moving and helps to eliminate trapped wind. I do it all the time
