this is my cable box i just got yesterday. its pretty neet. took the guy 3and a half hours to install. including boxes and wired the whole house(fiberoptic wires)adt the guy dropped my tv

    yes. ran a few newer lines into the house from the box on the back and ran them through the house.

  • FYI it isn't fiberoptic wiring. I'm a U-Verse tech. We run CAT5 wiring from the Nid (phone box on side of house) to the modem (gateway). We replace all of the coax in the house if needed (if it's RG59). There's fiber to the node (main crossbox in your neighborhood), but from there it goes to your house via normal telephone twisted pair drop wire.
