It's intelligible if you concentrate.
Greta makes several key suggestions:
* Encourage visibility (coming out).
* Provide social support for outcasts.
* Stop arguing about confrontational versus diplomatic methods - both are useful.
* Don't squabble about our own language/definitions.
* Make an effort to welcome diversity - don't let one race, sex or sexual identity become part of the group identity.

Even with the volume all the way up, the sound quality is SO poor that I can't hear a thing she's saying. Greta is one of my favorite speakers, and I'd really like to hear what she has to say. For future Leadership Summits, perhaps more planning could go into the audio set up for filmed talks like this one.
