Living Voices presents "The Right to Dream." More information at www.livingvoices.org.
The struggle and sacrifice for civil rights in America is witnessed in this compelling story. The Right to Dream recreates a young man's coming of age as an African American in Mississippi during the 1950's and 1960's. This program illuminates the issues of civil rights, leading audiences to understand how the fight against prejudice has shaped our history.

Why would I surrender my inalienable rights in exchange for civil rights? I'm an American not "citizen" (franchisee) of 14th Amendment (corporate) United States.

I come away believing dreams are unique to each individual. The ability to overlap our dreams into collective patterns shapes culture. The larger we make our dreams the stronger a pattern becomes. Together, there is nothing we cannot do.
