  • Amen brother. The voters are going to pay a huge price for voting Bush in twice and leaving the Supreme Court in a condition to turn the country over to the corporations.

  • On the U.S. Supreme Court, SonIA SotoMAYOR succeeded David Hackett Souter (b. 9/17/39), the lone Bush 41 appointee. Souter's tenure on the court began on a birthday for two elite basketball guards: Univ. of MARYLAND & NBA player Juan Dixon turned 12 and BRANDon JOHNSON of the Univ. of San Diego Toreros turned 4 on OCT. 9, 1990. The feds indicted Johnson, his ex-USD teammate BRANDon Dowdy & asst. coach Thaddeus Brown in April 2011 for a points-fixing scheme. Unrelated: watch?v=YsJyfJ0b-WA

  • One of two Bush 43 Supreme Court appointees, SAMuEL aLITo, was born in TRENTon, NJ on April 1, 1950. His succeeding Sandra DAY O’CONNoR is unrelated to mobile home manufacturers or “whose DAY is it?” CON jobs. Ex-Newark mayor Sharpe JAMES was a state senator in TRENTON; successor Booker “SKIP E” bastardized CORY; HASSELhOFF was a SKIPTRACER in "A Nice, Indecent Little Town". • when we inquire into nature of 'discrimination' we find out always that one race is trying to tell another what to do in fact. concessions mean loss of culture to both sides and nothing has proven a gain of culture to either, the freak cultures consequented? does it work? no.

because its not genuine artifact of nature. it cannot sustain, it does not genus proper ethnic body. so a war within its own body. the ultimate racist is the one without a race. jesuits like this idea.

  • I think you are stretching it a little when you say they "Voted" in Bush , Remember it was the Supreme Court that stopped the counting of the ballots in Fla.after 2000, If that had not happened who this would be a far different country ...Al Gore won the Popular Votes of 2000

  • What a terrible Judge he turned out to be...Nothing but a Fucking Republican Liar

  • There are two edits in this video. One at 0:18 and one at 0:31. The Washington Post has the complete transcript.

  • And that goes down the line. When I get a case about discrimination, I have to think about people in my own family who suffered discrimination because of their ethnic background or because of religion or because of gender. And I do take that into account.

  • When I have cases involving children, I can't help but think of my own children and think about my children being treated in the way that children may be treated in the case that's before me.
