Wow! This looks really delicious. This is perfect for my Spanish Fiesta Project! I have a question: can i add an avocado layer, or will that taste weird? And I'm also not a fan of the olives, can I replace them with chopped tomatoes instead? Thanks! keep up the good work. :)
