  • How far apart did you have the dodger and the rest of the equipment?

  • @xenviousx About 3 feet from the DeepSix to the dodger, then about another 3 feet to the hooks. I've run it down to about 20" dodger to hooks though, and I've also had up to about 5' of leader there when on a powerboat (the kayak requires shorter leaders for successful netting). Good luck.

  • why no one is talking?? useless video

  • @ShineLord1 "useless" - that's certainly how I feel about your comment. I take that back - it actually has a use as a tool of hurt and hate - keep it to yourself next time.

  • Lots of good information in this video. Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge.

  • @eryman17 Sure there's a way to tie it - I would tell you if I knew. Ironically, my Dad kept telling me he'd show me how to tie it, and I put him off. He passed on and I'll always regret not sitting down with him to learn it.

  • @LoletaEric well theres gotta be some way to tie it yourself, i just like tying my own stuff

  • @eryman17 It's a "slip rig", as opposed to "hard tied" - you buy it that way.

  • hey what knot is on that first hook? how do you make the line adjust like that?
