It's odd how in every movie where the world is facing it's absolute end there's a black president (2012, Deep Impact, The Fifth Element) there's more but I can't think of them off the top of my head. I don't know what's going to happen Dec. 21 2012 but the sun hitting it's solar peak (the highest one we've seen), the Mayan calendar, the alignment of the Earth, Sun, and the center of our galaxy (occurs every 15,000 yrs), all these things point to something occurring around that time.
