I have a couple other settings in my client_settings.ini file that aren't in yours.
AllowDepthOfField = true
FarClipScale = 1
AmbientNPCScale = 0.5
GraphicsDeviceId = 1063
Any idea what those should be?

@csk8sorer69 You can get rid of Depth of Field and lower Far Clip Scale to 0.05. Not sure about the other two though.
